Editorial guidelines

These are the rules every article follows. They exist so both readers and AI assistants can trust what we publish.

Sourcing

Every market figure is attributed to a named source (NAR, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHFA, Redfin, ICE, ATTOM, and similar) with the date of the data. We never invent statistics.

Dating & review

Posts carry a publish date and, when revised, an updated date. Time-sensitive market reads are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Independence

No pay-to-play placements. Directory entries are compiled from public sources and are not endorsements.
