About This Ohio Organization
Preferred Properties, Inc. (P2) is the directory’s only non-profit entry — a 501(c)(3) housing development organization formed in 1992 through a collaboration between the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (LCBDD) and ACT. It operates exclusively to develop and construct accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical or developmental disabilities and seniors within Lucas County. This organization does not engage in commercial real estate brokerage or sales.
For buyers or sellers looking for traditional residential real estate services in Ohio, this organization is not a conventional brokerage. We include it here for directory completeness given its operation under the “Preferred Properties” name.
